At Blankspot, we work with three product lines:

  • Beaded items: Made with glass seed beads, carefully selected and hand-assembled. Earrings are available in different colors.
  • Resin: A material with color variations that makes each piece unique.
  • Stainless steel: Water, sweat, and perfume resistant, ideal for everyday wear.

2. HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY ACCESSORIES TO MAKE THEM LAST LONGER?

Care varies depending on the material:

  • Beaded items and resin: Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemical products. Store accessories neatly in a dry, protected place to prevent deformation or deterioration.
  • Stainless steel: Although it is water and sweat resistant, we recommend cleaning it occasionally with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

*Durability may also be affected by each person's skin pH.

4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the location.

5. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, we accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use and with its original packaging intact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. WHAT IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY?

We offer a 2-month warranty in case of manufacturing defects.

  • If you notice a problem with your product that was not caused by misuse, write to us at info@blankspotbrand.com with your order number, an explanation of the problem, and photos of the product so we can help you and provide a solution.

7. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY?

If you need to modify the address, you must do so as soon as possible, as orders usually ship the same day or the next day.
